In order to drive forward Thailand’s national policy as “Thailand 4.0”, SSL project is implemented as a part of urgently Law-Reforming Plan. This project will take actions by reviewing any legal acts, licenses, procedures or regulations which are no longer necessary, out-of-date and constraint on living and doing business in Thailand. To be highlight, the 20-Year National Strategy and National Reforming Plan are key principles for those revisions.
Regarding to The Office of Law Reform Commission of Thailand (OLRCT) by Dr.Kobsak Pootrakool as the President of Sub-Committee and Dr.Borwornsak Uwanno as the President of the Committee, legal reviews will jointly be mobilized, approved and further proposed to Dr. Wisanu Krue-Ngam, Deputy Prime Minister including relevant Government agencies to continue progressing National Legislation and National Legal Practices.

After the reviews of licenses or procedures according to the Conceptual Framework and cost calculations from all the difficulties in obligations, Government agencies can utilize such information for revising the legal processes towards the objectives, goals, necessity, and suitability. These lead to the initiative developments, consistency of chosen methods to problems or situations, and foster public interests.
